  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or worn products (due to hygiene and safety standards for medical apparel).

  • Customized or embroidered scrubs.

  • Gift cards.

  • Preorders (see section 9).
